"Knock knock knock"—the sound of knocking pulled Renee Langdon out of her thoughts.
She took several deep breaths to suppress the repression and sadness in her heart before going to open the door.
Miss Aniston stood outside with a distant expression. The moment Renee opened the door, Miss Aniston quickly entered and closed it. Noticing Renee's slightly red eyes, she scolded, "What are you crying about? There's nothing to cry over. What you need to do now is not cry, but act well."
Renee bit her lower lip and replied in a muffled voice, "Okay."
At the set, while Yuna was doing Renee's makeup, she sounded a bit angry, "This isn't the truth. Those people online are just talking nonsense."
Renee smiled, "The truth will come to light one day."
Yuna was a bit anxious, "When will that 'one day' be? Renee, you're being criticized so much, how can you still smile!"
Renee's face was calm, "If not laugh, should I cry for others to see?"
Yuna looked at her with bright admiration.
