Tessa Caldwell dialed Faye's number once more, "Are you done yet?"
On the other end, Faye's tone remained indifferent, "Not finished yet."
Tessa asked, "Then how much longer do you have? Can't you handle it later? Don't you know we have something very important to do today? What's more important than a marriage? I've been waiting for you for two hours."
Faye's tone was filled with affection, "Wait a little longer, be good."
Tessa spoke indignantly, "We clearly agreed to go to the civil affairs office this morning for the paperwork, but he's acting like nothing's wrong, doing whatever he wants, keeping busy with his own things. I know you're a busy person, but my time is also important. I'm giving you two more hours, after two hours you must be at the civil affairs office, don't leave me hanging!!"
