The shopkeeper clapped his hands with a smile as he walked inside.

The finely milled perfumed powder inside gave off an intoxicating fragrance, noticeable even before one drew near, immediately signaling that these were no ordinary items.
After selecting some perfumes, they left the Lotus Pavilion. Third Madam Mrs. Li, remembering she was out to lift the spirits of her second sister-in-law, pulled Mrs. Liu along to a jewelry shop to pick out some accessories.
