King of Godspeed... the regional development foundation run by Haya Veight in his youth owned an office building near the center of Sapu City. This building was close to Sapu City's high-end residential area. Although, Haya Veight did not live there at the time.

This building originally belonged to Yawgmoth. In a certain year, Yawgmoth gifted his idle assets to his foster son. He believed his foster son's prospects were promising, so he provided some "initial assistance."
