A stone from one of the children was thrown towards the marshal yet Gu Ying didn't react much as he knew such a thing would never be able to harm him. One of the soldiers had intercepted the stone and thrown it towards the child. They were merciless that it even hit the young man's head. A quarter of the boy's head was destroyed by that stone and he died on the spot with a shock and fear in his eyes. From his head, his brain and blood were all splattered, scaring the other children.

The children run away from the dead body and are now even more terrified by how their friend ended up as a corpse. Most of them cry as they puke. Such a terrifying scene would become a part of their nightmares as they fall asleep. However, there is no chance of them escaping. They were not only surrounded by soldiers, most of their parents were killed as well. They can only look at the Marshal that is supposed to be protecting them than making them suffer like this.
