Anspia materialized around them as the teleportation magic faded. The trio stepped out of the teleportation circle, the familiar sights and sounds of the city greeting them. The streets were alive with activity, the air filled with the chatter of merchants and the clatter of carts. Alfraed took a deep breath, savoring the return to normalcy after the eerie silence of the cavern.
"First things first," Bregror said, his deep voice cutting through the noise. "Let's head straight to the Association and report what happened. The sooner we get this off our hands, the better."
"Take it easy, dear," said Salsahara. "I'm still feeling worn out from the teleportation."
"Here you are, elder sister," Alfraed said as he handed her another box.
Salsahara accepted the box with a grateful smile, her silver eyes softening as she opened it to find a fresh meal and a stamina potion inside. "Thank you, little brother. You always seem to know exactly what I need."
