The Bunny Leader knocked out the other Gnome, to ensure they did not disturb Grey as he worked on the teleportation array. After completing the array, Grey woke the two Gnomes up. He had no idea where he was currently standing, without the duo, there was no way he would be able to figure out where to go.
When the duo regained consciousness and noticed there was a masked Human standing before them, they instinctively wanted to attack, only to notice they could not make use of their essence. Their expressions darkened at the realization of what happened to them.
"I have no intention of killing you, I just need you to point me in the direction of the nearest City." Grey brought out the Seventh Prince's token he had with him since the last time they entered the Gnome World and showed it to the duo.
When they saw the Seventh Prince's token, they relaxed, thinking the Human before them was one of the Necromancers under the Seventh Prince.
