The Application process was quite a daunting task for Mrya. Since there was a five-year gap from her high school to present, she was required to take a couple of tests and submit the results with the application. For her personal statements, she needed to talk about why she chose to study political science - international studies; if she had previous work experience or previous study in this field.
"What should I write?" she asked Aman
"Why?" said Aman, "You have a background in politics, write about that."
"What should I say – I am from a royal family and my father and brother have active political background and my husband-to-be is American vice president? And that I want to study International relations so that I can help him?" she quipped.
Aryaman laughed, "I like the 'husband-to-be' tag, though."
Myra sighed, "I don't want to reveal my background."
"Then talk about your country, it's relations with it's neighbours, it's problems, and how it interests you."
