Ishiki clearly remembers that this is the year that his big bro will be noticed by the hero All might due to the short fuse getting hung up by a villain and thus he will receive the OFA from Toshinori Yagi.
Izuku has also grown much sturdier by the days though now he is no match for Bakugo because of the blatant quirk Advantage Bakugo does not dare to do anything to Izuku, not anything physical at least so that's good.
