Lorraine left a contact method for the Purple Agate Earl when she departed,
hoping to develop the Blue Water Duchy into a regular client.
However, Lorraine underestimated the duke's poverty; in the past few months, the duke had not purchased any more Puppets, and the same was true of the Nucang Duchy.
Upon receiving the contact, Lorraine also planned to recommend several high-end Puppets to the duke to combat pirates.
But the duke was not interested.
Even the most sophisticated Puppets were no match for those million-reward top pirates, let alone affordable; apart from that treasure, the Blue Water Duchy had little left of value.
"You're saying the Blue Water Duke wants to employ us with a special treasure as payment to deal with those pirate groups?"
These pirate groups had bounties ranging between five million and seventeen million,
handpicked by the duke himself.
