Everyone perked up their ears to listen as the ugly young man lowered his voice and said, "Yeah, there are three prisons in Green Shadow City, two of which hold ordinary criminals. Those with minor offenses can leave after their companions pay a fine; the ones with more serious crimes are accumulated and sent to mines around the area."
He paused, "Only the third prison is for detaining important criminals. From what I've gathered, it seems that once someone is taken there, they never come out."
"Didn't blow your cover, did you?" the bald middle-aged man fixed his gaze on the ugly man.
"No, I was in disguise. Besides, many people are curious about that prison; my actions weren't out of the ordinary."
