Business district, Pinming Tea House.
This was a three-story tea house adorned with a classic decor. As one of the scarce high-tier leisure venues in the Sanctuary, it provided a serene environment, making it the preferred location for many influential leaders to conduct cooperative discussions.
Survivor-run restaurants, due to high rent, often didn't offer private rooms... Tang Yu understood that the problem seemed to be on his side, however, lowering the rent was out of the question. Even if he couldn't rent out the space, and it ended up sitting unused, he wouldn't consider dropping the rent by even a hair!
There was no other choice but to fund the opening of an exclusive tea house himself. Whether it turned a profit was secondary; the key was to maintain the high prestige of the business district.
Under his crafting, the Pinming Tea House indeed held a prestigious label.
