The Man:
"Everyone," I yell, all eyes turning to me. "I want you to stay here and protect the civilians! No matter what happens. Keep. Them. Safe!"
"Stay here," Kara repeats. "Wait, what are you going to do?"
"I'm going for a swim."
Shooting my hands forward, I dive off the Junker and into the freezing ocean water. The sound of splashing and bubbles popping echoes in my ears as I take a deep breath and zip my lips. Slamming my hands against my sides, I kick my feet and swim toward the invading submarines.
Swimming faster than any fish or any Atlanteans, I pull back my fist before throwing it forward and punching a submarine. The whole ocean hears the loud thud as I knock the submarine back. The sub may not have any windows, but even I know the crew inside must be panicking. If Superman's subs are anything like the Junker, then a giant dent in the front should be setting off sirens and red lights. Hearing the whizzing of a motor, I turn around and see a second submarine approaching me. The second sub fires two torpedoes at me, leaving behind a trail of bubbles as they shoot through the water. Jumping up, I then stomp my feet against the first torpedo, redirecting it. The torpedo disappears into a cavern near the ocean floor. It's eaten by the pitch-black, before I hear a quiet boom and see a little yellow and orange.
Looking back up, the second torpedo still heading toward me, I grab it and spin in a circle. Redirecting this torpedo, too, I throw it back at the submarine. This time, I hear a loud boom, and a wave of hot water hits me, kicking me back. Flipping through the water like a tossed coin, I catch myself on an undersea mountain, landing on the side of it before kicking myself off. Swimming after, I stop when a harpoon shoots past me, almost hitting me. Looking right and left, I see One Earth soldiers in wet suits surrounding me. Riding on sea scooters and armed with harpoon guns, Superman's soldiers aim at me before simultaneously shooting. Dropping down, I watch as the soldiers shoot each other instead. The soldiers scream as the harpoons they fired hit them in their arms and legs. Dark-red blood quickly leaks from their wounds, and seeing it, I place my fingers to my forehead and call some friends for help.
"Ahh--Aahhh!"
A swarm of sharks, tiger, mako, hammerhead, and many more, swim past me and toward the bleeding soldiers. Seeing the hundreds and hundreds of sharp shark teeth, the soldiers drop their guns and turn to flee.
"Thank you for the help," I think, with my fingers still placed against my forehead. I nod at the swarm before swimming back to fight the submarine.
Going from one sub to the next, I quickly disable them, punching them and forcing them to retreat. As I head for my 10th submarine, already pulling back my hand, ready to put a massive dent in this one, something hot hits me. It slams me further, knocking me into the ocean floor. I hit the freezing rocks with a loud thud. Dust scatters everywhere, blanketing the area. Hiding in the underwater dust cloud, I look up and see a pair of laser beams running around, trying to hit me.
"Superman," I think, following the laser beams, but I'm wrong. The pair of bright-red laser beams does not belong to Superman.
Supergirl:
"Where is he? Where is he!"
I look at the massive dust cloud, but still don't see The Man anywhere. I look up, following the laser beams.
"Kal-El, you--What?"
Instead of seeing Kal-El, I see a large, towering person. At least, I think it's a person.
The towering man has red eyes, shining-gold skin, and no mouth. He is standing in the water. Not swimming, but standing in the freezing ocean water. I keep watching as the towering man fires heat visions into the dust cloud again, having the lasers run all over the ground.
"Where are you? Where are you? Please, be okay."
As I keep watching, someone bursts out from a dust cloud. Swimming faster than a fish or even Aquaman, I see The Man swimming toward the golden man. Feeling a smile growing on my face, I hide it behind my hands. I keep watching as The Man swims toward the towering golden man. The golden man fires his heat vision again, but The Man does an amazing flip, flipping over the golden man's heat vision before kicking him down with his feet. The golden man falls to the bottom of the sea, with The Man swimming after him.
"No way," someone says. "No way! Oh no! Oh no! Oh no!"
Turning around, I see Barry also looking outside at The Man and the golden man.
"Not him again! Not the Android!"
"The Android?"
I jump off the submarine before flying and landing beside Barry, who is running his hands through his hair.
"Barry, calm down. What's the Android?"
"Professor Ivo's Android," Barry starts. "One of the dangerous enemies the Justice League had ever faced."
"Dangerous?" I repeat, looking back at The Man and the Android. However, both of them are gone, hidden somewhere beneath the rocks on the ocean floor. "How is this Android dangerous?"
"The Android replicates the power of anyone it scanned."
"Replicates!"
"Yes," Barry answers. "Replicate. Copy. Duplicate! When we last fought the Android, it copied Wonder Woman's strength, Hal's power ring, my speed, and Superman's heat vision. It was almost impossible to defeat."
"Oh no," I say. The dome shakes, and all of us drop to our knees. Looking around, I turn and look out the window. I see countless laser beams appearing and disappearing.
"Everyone," I say, standing back up. "Stay here. If what Barry said is true, then The Man will need help. I'm going."
Preparing to dive into the water after The Man, I stop when I hear banging on the room's doors. The banging echoes throughout the room before the doors burst open. Stomping into the room, his tubes flowing with bright-green Venom, and his unnatural muscles pulsing with the same liquid, Bane walks in with One Earth soldiers and betas behind him.
"Kill everyone in this room," Bane shouts, shooting out his hand. The soldiers and betas lunge toward the sick Atlantaean.
"Bane," Aquaman moans. "You dare--"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Harleen says, cutting Aquaman off. She shoves him back down into his cot. "You dare enter my kingdom and trespass on this precious soil, blah, blah, blah, later. For now, everyone fight! And protect the sick fishes, too!"
Raising her dual revolvers, Harleen hits and destroys some betas. Leonard, Jaime, and everyone else with a far-ranged attack, hitting and destroying the betas. Meanwhile, Barry runs to the soldiers and starts beating them, hitting them with quick punches before knocking them out. Jumping into the air myself, I throw myself across the room and fly directly into Bane, knocking him into the empty throne room.
"Like Aquaman says," I start, putting up my hands, "Or tried to say. You are trespassing."
