The Russian man took off his white glove from his left hand that was not holding the wine, and stood up.
"It looks like you can't do that anytime soon." He replied to the blue gentleman.
When speaking Colorish[1], his Russian accent was showing.
"My father told me about being careful around the golden rings when I was still training in Russia, so I honored my training to see your disguises instantly."
Mike was scratching his head, "Are you part of a band called Russia?"
Bell yelled at her husband, "You stupid idiot, Russia was a country on Earth! Not a band, didn't you learn that in Earth's geography?"
'Bell, why did you marry a stupid idiot!?' She asked that question every day.
"I-I am joking. I know Russia was country on Earth."
Mike Oldcity was lying. He never learned until now that Russia was a country, only thinking it was a rock band. Alucard got annoyed with the married couple's bantering, so he ordered the two women next to him to put tape on their mouths to shut them up and forced James Ross to sit in a bar chair next to his colleagues. The women also tied his legs to the chair.
After they did that, the Dragon ordered them to leave. When the women were gone, he picked up the Disguise Rings from the inside of the cocktail shakers, and broke them by throwing hard into the ground in the horror of Hein Eduard.
He raises his hands to the air, "It's feeding time, my dear children!"
Small, blood thirsty bats emerged from his arms, baker's dozen of them. One of the bats had a blood-red armband around its legs, indicating that it was the leader of the bats. It was the "Meal Leader" whose job was to find food and single others.
An unlucky police officer who was tied right next to Ross got his blood drawn out by the bats. He was in major pain! Eventually, after they drained the man, he turned into a skeleton.
Their hunger was not satisfied, so the Meal Leader scanned the whole building with its shining red eyes, finding their next target. It gives the order to the rest of the bats by its glowing green eyes, flying outside of the basement bar, and sucking their teeth into a Dragon Egg's neck.
Alucard didn't care about what bats did because they were helping to increase his Flow. The bats were still hungry! They were gluttons; they were never satisfied. The Dragon Eggs knew Alucard would not stop the bats from going on a rampage. They run away.
"Run away, my children always will find you."
Another police officer who was tied up was drained of his blood, making Hein Eduard mad about his men dying.
"Stop this shit!"
Alucard laughed, "I'm not going to stop when they are helpful."
He picks up a cocktail and goes toward the woman sitting at a barrel, giving it to her. "I will stop my children when they attack my Ariadna and the Immortal King Dragon!"
Ariadna blushed and drank the cocktail Alucard gave her. He goes back to the bar table. Slamming the table, shaking the shelf with alcohol behind him.
"I sacrifice half of my Flow..." The small bats formed into blood, going into his arm, increasing his energy, "I summon you, Vicious One!"
Cutting Alucard's Flow energy in half, a much bigger and stronger bat emerged from his body, starting from small. Its gurges expanded with the bat's size increase.
"Vicious One, kill my enemies!"
It screeched before grabbing a cop's head with its giant limb. It was going in order of seating, so Ross was last to get picked, but unfortunately for Eduard, he was the third person to be picked, so they had to be quick to free themselves. It pulled the cop's head clean off, looked at Alucard to see if it had permission to eat, and after the approval, it flew onto the ceiling, stood upside down, swallowing the head whole, then it flew back down.
With an instant grab of the second officer's head, it pulled out, doing the same thing as last time. Now, it was Eduard's turn, but when the Vicious One flew down, the blue gentleman wasn't there.
Alucard simultaneously noticed with Vicious One that Hein Eduard, Mike, Bell Oldcity, and James Ross disappeared. He turned his head to the right, saw that his right-hand woman was on the ground.
Vicious One didn't know what to do, so it looked for its boss's orders. The Blood Dragon went close toward Ariadna, "How did they knock you out?" Alucard figured out she didn't know the answer by judging her facial expression.
He holds his hand toward her, and she takes it. "Ariadna and Vicious One, go and find the intruders and kill them!"
The bat charged out, and his right-hand woman walked out. By watching the monster and Ariadna leave, "I should get going as well." He turned himself into blood and vanished into thin air.
Meanwhile, James, Mike, Eduard, Bell, and the surviving cops were running on the same level they came from. However, it looked empty, with no guests or security personnel wandering around, cheering, drinking, dancing, etc.
Bell looked around her, "Is everyone okay?" She asked.
"I am hurt, but I will be okay." Ross replied, "Is anyone else besides me hurt?" Each cop said how injured they were.
Ross speeds up going between Mike and Bell, and asks them, "I want to ask you two. How much do you owe the Dragons?
Mike laughed, "Don't worry, James, that's a long story."
"We will tell you after we defeat the Blood Dragon." Bell chimed in.
Ross understood and went much faster, reaching Hein Eduard, who was leading the pact.
"Since those two aren't telling me their story, how about yours. What's your deal with arresting the Dragons, excluding them from being criminals?"
The blue gentleman looked like they were running forever, so he decided to tell Ross his story, "It goes back to my high school years."

Ten years ago, in Germany, a brown-haired girl with glasses was inside an empty classroom doing her homework, unaware that school had ended. The classroom door slammed against the wall, causing a banging sound. She was focused on the homework that she didn't hear the footsteps approaching her until the boy yelled in her ear.
"Sister!" The boy yelled. "Mama and I are worried about you staying here late. Please come home." He said it in German.
"I need to finish my homework, so leave without me, Eduard, and tell mama I will come late."
Hein Eduard shook his head, "No, no... She will be angry with me without you! I'll wait until you are done."
He called his mother on the phone, telling her that he was staying with his sister at school. His mother agreed.
"Sister, wake me up when you are done." He crossed his arms on a desk and put his head on his limbs, and fell asleep.
An hour later, his sister gently pushes his shoulder, "Wake up, brother. I'm done, let's go home."
They went outside and were going home. However, when they were walking, they saw bullies from their school smoking in an alleyway (It was a quicker way to get to their home).
They avoid them by not going that way, but unfortunately, one of the bullies was behind them, blocking the siblings.
"Guys, look who I caught!" The attention of the other three bullies was now on them.
"Good job... blocking the bitch and her dog!" One of the girl bullies said.
There are two girls and two boys, and the one who prevented them from leaving was a boy. They were blocked on both sides.
"What do you want from us?!" Hein Eduard said with a deeply sacred voice.
"Stop barking, dog!" One of the girls yelled in authority.
The boyfriend of the girl gave his cigarette to her and grabbed the collar of Hein Eduard, "You are a pet, do some tricks like a dog!" The girls laughed.
These four are the popular among bad kids in their school, and students and teachers know they are affiliated with a mafia, so no one dares to stop them when they start bullying and abusing people.
The one who was in front of the siblings went forward, about to touch Hein's sister's hair, but Eduard grabbed his arm quickly, stopping him.
"How dare you touch my sister!" He was not afraid anymore at that moment.
They started laughing, "What a hero!" Then the teenager in front, with his other fist, punched him in the face, tossing him far.
The bully went toward Hein. His sister tried to stop the boy, but the two girls quickly held her hands.
A boy looked down, "Wow, how weak he is, unconscious from your kick."
The one who punched the young blue gentleman, "He can't even protect his sister!" The bully stomped on the young boy's stomach, bringing him back to consciousness.
Ugh!
He saw his sister getting beaten by the girls, and he tried to push the man sitting on him, "My sister is in danger, get off!"
The boy laughed, "Your sister will be treated much better with our girl friends than with us!"
Hein tried to punch the side to get him, but the other bully kicked his arm.
"Don't you dare, you fucker!" The young blue gentleman cried.
"Wow, such a whimp crying over nothing!"
The bully who was seated on Eduard agreed with his friend, "Let's see how much we can make him cry." He pointed out his friend's socks, "We're going to shove that inside his mouth!"
Without any hesitation, he takes his dirty socks and gives them to his friend, who, on top of Eduard, forcefully opens his mouth, but Hein refuses.
But eventually, it got open, and the dirty shock got shoved inside his mouth. Eduard became unconscious. However, it is not going as far as expected, so he got angry, pulling a knife and about to stab Hein Eduard. He got stopped by a voice.

"Stop! What are you kids doing?!" A police officer witnessed that a boy was about to be stabbed and saw bruises on Eduard's sister.
A dragon ring flashed through the cop's eyes after the friend put his hand to his face, intimidating the officer after seeing it. He turned around and left, pretending not to see anything.
He then swung the knife down. Before stabbing his heart, a strong presence stopped him from doing so.
"They are here⸺bow!" He stood up and bowed quietly.
"What brings you guys here?!" One of the girls said. They ignored her.
Three adults were standing with black biker jackets, on the back of which were different dragons. These guys were two Dragons, and in the middle was the head of the meifa, Seven Dragons of the Sea, Immortal King Dragon!
"Blaze, tell these Eggs not to bow! It irritates me!"
On the boss's right was Blaze Dragon, Fiammetta. He took a step forward.
"Stop bowing or I will burn you!" From his hand, a fire came out of a robotic sphere attached.
They stopped curling, but by mistake, fire from Fiammetta burned one of the girls into ash. He looked guilty and said sorry to the boss.
The woman goes forward, "I can bring her back to life?"
"It's fine, Healer. I don't need her anyway, and Blaze, please get up." He saw Eduard's sister, "I found my next experiment!"
Blaze Dragon quickly grabbed Eduard's sister and carried her. She tried to stop him, but he didn't budge.
"Put a note beside that young man, when he comes back from sleep, telling him we took his sister."
The bullies tried to stop them by saying, "Can we please get promoted to Dragons?"
He whispered to Blaze's ears, "Burn them!" He carried the young girl. Fiammetta set the bullies into a blaze!"
Eduard finished telling his story to Ross, and they saw the exit, but Alucard appeared, hovering in the air, holding vodka while changed to Hawaiian clothes.
The Dragon pours the alcohol onto the ground, teleporting everyone to different floors of the skyscraper. He also vanished after splitting them up.
