We reached the venue of the classes. Susie appeared with a chart in her hand. "This is the order in which you will be fighting. The winners shall be decided when the other person either runs out of mana or incapable to fight."

"Well right now you are a little forward than other candidates so who ever does better in the first two fights, you get to choose between then" hot teacher explained.

"Now let's start with the fights" the teacher said the teacher, "the first pairs please come up on stage"
"Yes ma'am" the duo said in unison.

"The knowledge is like a fire which enlightens-Fire ball", here Elisa has the advantage from the point of mana capacity because of her dragon.
"Oh the dragon who was born of the envy and anger of the god Hades, lend me your power" suddenly Isaac vanished from where he was standing and appeared behind Elisa.
"Wall of wind stop the intruders with your might" Elisa said, "I hereby command the knowledge to flow like water and overwhelm the opponent-wave" a 10 feet high wave arises out of nowhere.
"Elisa is trying to keep Isaac at a distance because of her inability to fight in close combats whereas Isaac fights well in close combats. This is a good strategy", hot teacher said. "the water wave is imbued with mana so if the attack is successful then it will be like being crushed by a 100 elephants."
"Dragon of death Hades manifest, help your partner crush his opponent"
"Raaaaa" a terrifying roar arose from the battlefield, and the manifestation of death was standing in front of us. He flew in the sky with Isaac on his back.
"Dragon of knowledge Mimir manifest" and a magnificent dragon with texture of nature appeared.
"Hades, manifest the river Styx on the face of earth through your breath" suddenly a dreadful energy filled the stage and pitch black breath of Hades emerged and shot towards Elisa.
"Oh goddess of life Yggdrasil I call upon your power to aid me, rune of life" the two great energies clashed on the stage and a blast went up after which both Isaac and Elisa were equally injured.
"You are a great fighter Elisa I admire you for pushing me till here, but this is it, Dagger of death manifest" Isaac said.
"I feel the same, Oh god of thunder bring down your wrath, Rune of Thor, Lightning manifest, AAHHH!" Suddenly thunder clouds gathered in the training area and lightning manifested upon Isaac.
"BOOOM!" the lightning fell on ground, but suddenly Isaac emerged out of the smoke and rushed towards Elisa at unbelievable speed.

Aura manifestation, a technique used by combat fighters they cover there blade in the aura of their dragon which enhances the speed of there weapon and greatly boosts there physical capabilities, there are three stages to this method. Isaac just obtained the first one.
The battle was finally over with the victory of Isaac by a close margin.
"The winner of this duel is Isaac, good work Elisa" Our teacher said.
"Thank you teacher" both of them exclaimed and left.
"Next is Zack and Cathy, please step up on stage"
Finally my turn has come I hope it will be a good duel. I want to vent my stress regarding Noah.

"Lightning style- triple force strike", it was a spear moving at such an incredible speed I could not follow the movements with my naked eyes.
"Second dragon sword style- Counter" I yelled.
"AHHHH!" She was injured, that was to be expected as her own attack got turned on her. "lightning style- ultimate defense", a shroud of lightning covered her, her injuries also began to heal faster.
"Second Dragon style- Icicle barrage- sword style" multiple icicles formed in air, with a action of my fingers the icicles launched towards her.
"They will have no effect on me in this state" Cathy said.
"But this will, 'Second dragon style- slash of the glacier'" as I thought the defense was good but still not complete, so the attack went through and injured her.
"AHH! , I hereby summon the face of electricity on this earth, Bia" a beautiful shade of blue descended on the stage.

We both descended in the sky and darted towards each other.

"It's over, Zack wins the match" teacher said. "Tomorrow we shall have our semi-finals and finals. It will be Isaac vs Zack and so on."
It was finally end of the duels. We started to go out of the training area when suddenly Isaac caught up to me,
"Hey Zack, good duel today" Isaac said catching up.
"You too, you mastered the aura manifestation, that's impressive"
"Well you are no slouch either, you have mastered the absolute domain of dragon, do you know what kind of skills that guy Noel has"
"You know I have never seen him summon his dragon"
"Really, also where did you learn the absolute domain of dragon from' I have been trying to learn it for days now."

"Didn't she go back to the trials some time back" Isaac replied.
"Yeah but before leaving I asked her before she left" this is a lie Susie told me to tell people about my dragon skills, also that wasn't absolute domain, it was just a normal area effect attack of Lillian, her absolute domain is much more terrifying.
