"I am really fine. Look. The injury is already gone," Yuan said, proving it by banging on the spot where the bullet had struck with his hands like a gorilla.
"If you say so…" Huang Zi Han muttered.
"Anyway, I should go back now. I don't want to involve you in any more accidents."
"Alright." Yuan nodded.
Normally, he would have offered to accompany her until he was certain she was safe, but there was no need in their current situation. Huang Zi Han wasn't the target, and staying with her would only put her in further danger.
"See you later," he said as she started walking away.
"We'll see about that…" Huang Zi Han replied without looking back.
Once Huang Zi Han disappeared, Yuan continued wandering the city while pondering the situation.
