The seventh region was so frigid that even with Cold Harmony, Yuan needed to cloak himself in True Primordial Fire just to move. Without it, he would be frozen instantly, reduced to an ice statue.
Some time later, Yuan sat cross-legged within a cave and withdrew the True Primordial Fire, allowing the cold to engulf him—thus beginning his training anew.
Normally, it would take thousands, if not millions, of years to advance Cold Harmony to the next level. But Yuan was forcing his body to the extreme. What truly accelerated his progress, however, was his heaven-defying physique.
