He walked over and picked it up right away.
Scarlett Xavier asked, "Is Grandma home?"
"Yes." Ezra Rhodes looked at Scarlett and said, "We have guests at home."
Scarlett said, "Oh."
"But I don't like them."
"Why?" Scarlett rarely heard Ezra Rhodes say he didn't like anyone other than his dad.
Upon mentioning this, Ezra Rhodes's face darkened, "Because they talked bad about Aunt, and they don't look like good people at all."
Listening to Ezra Rhodes, Scarlett couldn't help but smile, "Looks like Aunt didn't spoil you for nothing. Where's Grandma? Take me to see her, will you?"
No wonder Mrs. Rhodes called her back.
Turns out someone came to stir up trouble.
