Every time Scarlett Xavier listens to Vivian Bell talk about her mother, she always feels envious, thinking that normal mother-daughter relationships should be like that.
Vivian Bell asked Scarlett Xavier, "Did Julian Rhodes bring you here?"
Scarlett shook her head, "I had a little argument with Jonah Morgan this morning, and he got upset. I'll coax him later tonight! There's just so much to do."
Vivian Bell replied, "You really have a big heart."

Sure enough, when she left work in the afternoon, the moment she stepped out the door, she saw him. Wearing a black jacket, hands in pockets, standing by the roadside waiting for her.
She walked up to him and said, "I thought you were ignoring me. You just disappeared all of a sudden."
Julian looked at her indifferently and said, "I left, but you didn't seem anxious."
"I called you, and you didn't call back."
"You only called once."
