Who is Ryu Yoshitsune?

Ryu Yoshitsune is a 15 year-old boy who is doing everything in his power to become a hero like his inspirations, but the problem with that lies in his quirk. His Quirk is called, "Dragon Overload", it's an Emitter Quirk, and it works like how metal is conducted by heat. Ryu's arms flare up with a magma like energy that can stick to any object that is a good conductor of heat, and with that object, he can send out waves of fire and create craters of lava from underneath the ground. However, this power is highly unstable and has resulted in him loosing all feeling on his right arm, temporarily but for at least a few months. His Quirk has even given him a bad reputation in school, but he never let's that get the better of him. He will strive to become a hero, no matter what anyone thinks of him.
