"Not suitable," Aurora Blaine replied.
"Why not? It was fine before, and it's still fine now. Uncle won't mind," Timothy Knight said.
The question was too complicated for Aurora to explain, so she vaguely brushed it off.
Maverick Knight didn't insist. He picked up his coat beside him, speaking in a flat tone, "I'll walk you out."
Timothy stayed home while Aurora and Maverick Knight left the apartment.
"I can go back myself; it's not safe for a kid to be alone at home," Aurora said with her hands in her pockets.
"It's fine; he's not that kind of troublemaker," Maverick Knight's voice was low.
As they exited the elevator, the temperature outside was very low. Snow piled up on the community roads, and the crowd had trampled it to ice, making the ground somewhat slippery.
Just then, Aurora's phone chimed.
It was the new location for the MV shoot, starting tomorrow.
"I'll be busy from now on," Aurora said.
