Spatial seal and spatial disturbance are essentially two different concepts; sealing means prohibition, disturbance means disruption.
Compared to spatial seal, there are fewer people researching spatial disturbance because its practicality… is not high.
For example, regarding the transmission array, spatial seal can genuinely lock the transmission, but spatial disturbance cannot prohibit transmission, only change the transmission location.
Of course, changing the transmission destination is also dangerous; in extreme cases, it might send someone into the void, but what if the disturbance only slightly altered the destination, sending them a hundred meters away? Is that significant?
During wartime, this change is truly useless.
Additionally, when preventing someone from escaping, with spatial seal, teleportation talismans can't be used, but with spatial disturbance, they can still escape; it's just a matter of where they escape to.
