"Alright, I'm heading back first."
In the incredibly oppressive and heavy atmosphere, Chafne, as if completing an ordinary task, uttered this sentence after dealing with Mordo.
With footsteps still clearly audible, Chafne walked back to Shane's side, leaned forward slightly, and murmured softly with a chuckle in his ear.
"You should come back quickly too, don't waste too much time, okay?"
After speaking, Chafne seemed to have cheered up and slowly walked back to the Beizut Family home.
Only Shane was left there, rubbing his ear and muttering a sentence.
"What a witch."
This sentence, in the pin-drop silence of the scene, was quite clear.
Yet no one commented on it.
They just watched Chafne walk back to the Beizut Family home without turning her head, wanting to shout at her numerous times, to stop her, to keep her from leaving their sight.
But they couldn't.
Because Chafne's sentences still lingered in their ears.
