I cough out blood for the... I lost count.
'Char, get everyone out of there' I warn her through a mind link, hoping she would hear, not bothering about a reply, or if she heard me, I mind link everyone else, so at least the message is relayed to someone. I have been doing this for a while now, but my mistake I should have mind linked as soon as I felt something wrong, not after I was injured.
"Oh, are you trying to mind link the others?" The hunter laughed out loud.
I was right, whatever was coated in the arrow is not allowing me to mind link the others, and come to think of I can't contact my wolf.
"Let me tell you something, none of you are getting away alive," He gritted as he pulled a handful of my hair and gripped my face with it.
