It was 'Him'. The person who made my life a living hell. The person tried to murder my parents. The person who killed my best friend. The person whom I once called brother.
Tears were falling down my face. These tears were full of anger, hatred, and betrayal. I just wanted to kill him. I hate him more than I love him. I jumped out of my balcony and shifted in mid-air.
I ran towards him faster than any wolf could. I could see his eyes widened in shock, but soon turned into a smirk. I was confused, but I continued to run. He was within my reach, but in the blink of an eye, he disappered.
I growled so loud. It was in frustration and anger. I could see all my pack members bowing. I growled once again, making them rise. All of them had a confused look on their face.
Before I could make a move. I felt intense pain in my body, making me roll on the ground. Before I could realize what was happening. I felt my bones cracking. I closed my eyes and wished whatever was happening to end. When the pain reduced, I slowly opened my eyes to see my pack members having a shocked expression.
I didn't like the attention, so I looked down. To my surprise, my fur was now one with the snow. I felt myself shifting to my human form. I couldn't control it. I tried to stop it. I didn't want to be naked in front of the pack members!!
MAE'S P.O.V
I had no idea, but when Zes growled, I was forced to bow, and I even apologized to her, saying your highness along with it. Knox was also apologizing as I did.
We didn't get a response, though, so I decided to look up to find no Zes. I turned to see confused Knox, but before either of us could speak, we heard a really loud and powerful growl coming from outside. Knox and I exchanged horrified looks and jumped out of the balcony and landed on the snow. I couldn't look up because I was forced to bow. I heard another growl, letting every pack member rise.
I looked up to see Zes in her wolf form rolling on the ground and whimpering. I was confused, but soon the sight I saw made me shocked. My hand made its way to my mouth, and a gasp left my mouth. Zes's wolf, her grey fur was turning white.
It turned white, leaving everyone shocked and awestruck. 'She is completely shifting as a Queen, ' Maze said. 'That is why she is transforming, her trigger was anger, she was really angry about something,' Maze added.
I was still watching Zes. Now she was standing and looking at everyone, a few minutes ago, she was rolling on the ground, whimpering. I made my way to her. I noticed there was a tiny moon crown on her head. The confusing part was that it was silver, and it was supposed to burn werewolves. ' She is immune to silver, ' Maze commented, 'She is what?' I asked, surprised, not wanting an answer.
I saw Zes shifting back to human. I was thinking how stupid my friend was, she is going to be naked in front of thousands of people. I dashed inside to get a blanket, but I guess I was too slow cause Knox ran with a blanket towards her. I let out a huff of annoyance.
But the sight I saw!! I guess she didn't need a blanket after all. She shifted back to humans, and my surprise guess what!? She was not naked. I sighed a relive, but not even a sound came out by the way I was awestruck. I was surprised she freaking transformed into a queen. She was not naked, she was wearing a blue gown, which had a fancy cape behind it. her hair was completely silver, and again she had a beautiful silver crown.' Why can't you imagine it properly in detail?' Maze huffed, 'Oh shut up, will you?' I huffed.
It was a v neck gown. The fitted top was a comparatively lighter blue than the bottom. In the part where her v neck ends, there were two silver cresent shaped moons facing either side, and the top had silver sparkles all over the top. From her hip, from both sides a v-shaped like separated the top and the bottom. From the v-shaped sparkly line, the rest of her very dark blue dress flowed to the ground. A strap that is connected to the cape ran over her collarbone. The silver sparkly transparent dark blue cape flowed behind her.
However, her crown looked complicated yet pretty, it didn't have any moon details to it, though.
Zes P.O.V
'We have transformed into a queen!!' Zene squeaked. I smiled at her. Sometimes she is a child.
I looked around to find everyone confused and awestruck. I need to tell everyone sooner or later. So why not now.
"All pack members assemble in front of the packhouse", I commanded in an Alpha voice.
Everyone rushed away. I turned to see Knox shirtless and a blanket in his hand.
"What is the blanket for ?" I laughed out.
"To prevent my mate from being naked in front of the whole pack," he said coolly.
"I think you need that," I said, pointing out that he is shirtless.
"Nah, I am fine," he said, smirking.
"NOW!"I said, power and authority booming in my voice, 'That's a fun trick I get to do.'
He bowed and left. He came back with his shirt. I started walking towards the packhouse alongside him.
"That's a fun trick I get to do." I chuckled.
"That's not fair, my love," He laughed.
I stopped and turned to him, pulling him down to kiss him.
"I will try to use it, babe," I whispered.
"Thank you, love. You look pretty, my Queen," He said, checking me out.
I chuckled.
"Really?" I asked Doing a spin.
He laughed and replied.
"Yeah"
"Ooh, is your crown silver?" He asked, touching it, but as soon as he touched her, he stumbled back in pain but quickly recovered.
But I was far from recovered, I was horrified. I quickly grabbed his hand and inspected his burn. So my crown is made up of silver.... hmmm...I carefully touched the burn. It was a big burn, it will heal in 2 days, but it still will hurt. I looked up to see his face, expecting a hurtful expression, but he had a smirk on his face, which made me annoyed, so I touched his finger with a little bit of pressure, where he got a burn involuntarily, and immediately regretted it when I saw his pained expression.
"I am so sorry, I am sorry, I am sorry," I kept saying.
"You are worried about me," He smiled.
"You're insane," I said to him and walked away.
I smiled when I heard him laugh and catching up with me. We reached the packhouse soon, where I saw my parents having a confused look, but I guess they will figure it out by themselves. I went and stood in front of the pack, allowing them to sense my presence.
"I want everyone's attention here and no murmurings," I commanded.
"Since most of them have seen what has happened, I am sure you might be aware of what I am about to say. So I just figured out I am the queen of the werewolves." I stopped explaining when I heard murmuring from the pick me's from high schools.
"I SAID NO MURMURINGS," I growled, annoyed.
I realized that I used my power cause they were bowing and they said.
"I am sorry, your highness," they chorused. I almost laughed.
"So back to what I was saying I have had many incidents indicating that and now as you have seen I have transformed fully into a Queen, I am not asking extra respect or special treatment from anyone from this pack I just wanted everyone to know that I am the Queen of all werewolves, I can control every wolf's read their mind and mind link them. As everyone is aware of the recent rogoue attacks, we have also figured the reason for their attacks so I am going to take in charge of this problem and I am going to deal with this problem. I am going to move to a different apartment out of the packs. Since you all are part of the pack, you guys have the right to know this much. All right now, you guys can go resume with your duties," I explained and walked to my house.
I was preparing myself to take the scoldings from Mum, Dad, and Knox. Soon, all of them barged into the house. I was sitting on the couch, and Knox, Mom, and Dad were standing with arms folded in front of me. I sighed.
"Look, gu-"My dad cut me off.
"No young lady, you are going to listen to us, you are not going anywhere," He commanded with his Alpha voice.
Usually, I would be forced to listen to his command, but now, since I am of a higher rank, I dont have to.
"NO, Dad, I am moving to another apartment and that is final," I said calmly.
"No, Zes, dont, it's not safe," he tried to reason with me.
"No Dad, what will you do if you are in my place, so many pack members are dying. Why? because of me. I am not willing to let my pack members die because of me, and I am not going to let anyone die anymore, and if you both try to stop me, I will use my power to make you not interfere in what I am going to do, " I yelled.
"But you are not going alone, we will stay with you," My mom said.
"No one is coming with me, Mom, you and Dad are the alpha and luna of the pack, you guys need to run the pack, I can take care of myself," I said calmly.
"No, you are not going anywhere, that is final!" my dad finalized.
"Not anywhere out of the pack boundaries," Knox added sternly.
Knox had a cold vibe coming from him; my dad had a 'you go out of the door, you are going to the cells' look and a scary vibe coming from him. Now I've got a feeling they are dealing with as if they are dealing with a rogue.
"You all are selfish, you being the Alpha and the Luna of the pack, you are letting your pack members die to protect your daughter, you being my mate, you are not even a bit worried about the pack in the future you will rule with me? What if I lose you all? What if they kill you? And it's all because of me. And when have you seen me as the sacrificing type? And my brother, on the other hand, is part of the rogues who are trying to make his sister someone else's mate. He has become a hybrid of werewolves and vampires with the help of the witches. I saw him! he was the reason I was so angry, I transformed. I want to kill him for trying to murder you both, I want to kill him for killing my best friend, I want to kill him for hurting me, I want to kill him," I yelled at them as angry tears fell from my eyes.
"Where are you going to stay?" my mom asked.
She is one person who understands me!!
"She is not going anywhere," my dad interrupted before I could answer.
My mom shot him a look, and my dad quickly hung his head.
"I am staying in the apartment somewhere in between our pack and Knox's pack. I took help from Alpha Samuel," I said.
"When are you leaving ?" My mom asked.
"Today..." I whispered.
"WHAT !!!!" my dad yelled.
"Come on, I will help you pack." My mom smiled.
God, how much I love my mom.
"I am taking Knox and Wiskey with me," I mumbled. A grin grew on Knox's face.
"Double no," My dad said, shaking his head.
"What? Why can't I stay with Zes?" Knox frowned.
"Because I can't stay with Zes, so can't you," my dad said with folded arms.
"Come on, Mom, let's go pack and help me out of this dress," I said, pulling her with me.
"Knox, go pack your stuff," I yelled while climbing the stairs.
"The dress looks beautiful, "My mom whispered as we entered my room.
"I know, right ?!" I chuckled.
"Come on, let's remove your accessories first," Mom said.
"Nooo," I panicked.
"It will burn you, it's silver, I will remove it," I explained.
"Ok then, I will go get a case so you can keep this stuff," Mom said.
"Ok," I said as I was removing my crown and examining it.
It was beautiful. I guess this is my life now, huh? Suddenly, my crown in my hand faded. I quickly stood up.
"MOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM" I yelled.
"What happened ?" entered my panicked mom.
"The crown disappeared," I pouted.
She glared at me.
"Now I will tell you the advantages of being the Queen," She said as she went to get a suitcase. I nodded.
"From what I have read, you would be immune to silver, you can shift back to your human form with dresses, you werewolves speed senses will be heightened, your crown will appear whenever you say anything in your Queen command, you can read minds, when you mark Knox he will be the King but you will be more powerful and that's it, I guess," She said as she packed my stuff.
"What about furnishers ?" She asked me.
"Oh.. I talked to Lily about it, and she said she will take care of it," I told, smiling.
"How long have you been planning this ?" She asked, amused.
"Since I got to know the reasons for the rogue attack," I told her.
"Mom, I am going to take a shower, ask for help from Mae for packing, " I told her, taking some clothes from the closet to wear.
She nodded.

I took a long shower as usual. I got out to see Knox sleeping, and my suitcases are packed. I chuckled. Poor Knox fell asleep while I took a shower. I stood in front of the mirror, checked myself out after I finished my makeup.
I wore a white knit sweater along with a brown, purple, white checked scarf, which was loosely tied around my neck. I had multiple bracelets on my right hand. I wore blue skin tight jeans with brown knee-length heel boots. My hair was brown with silver highlights, pulled into a bun.
After I was satisfied with my outfit. I turned towards my bed to wake Knox.
"Knox, get up or I will drive your car and stay in that house alone with Wiskey, "I said, picking Wiskey up.
"Even though I love Wiskey, I hate him more!" Knox murmured.
"Ok bye," I said.
He stood from the bed so quickly.
"I am awake, I am awake." He kept murmuring them.
"Ok, come on, let's go to our new home, and you can sleep," I laughed while I handed him my purse.
"Your evil," He murmured.
"Oh, come on, you can't say that just yet," I smirked.
"What do you mean, devil?" He asked, horrified.
"Oh, nothing," I said.
"And I am driving," I added, handing him Wiskey.
We went downstairs to see my mom, dad, and Mae waiting.
"Mahn, you get to take one long shower and we empty your closet, not fair," Mae complained.
"Oh shut up," I said as I hugged her.
"Bye, Mom, Bye Dad, I will visit you people, dont worry," I said while hugging them.
"Oh, what are you talking about? I will have less trouble in the house, so I won't miss you," My dad said.
"That is exactly why you will miss me," I chuckled.
"Ok, fine, I am gonna go bye," I said as I went to the front door.
"At last I get to drive your car!!" I exclaimed, sitting in the driver's seat.
"Well, it's just because I am sleepy," He mumbled, hugging Wiskey.
"Ya Right!!!" I muttered.

"Get up or you are sleeping on the doorstep," I grumbled.
I have been trying to wake Knox for the past 10 minutes. He stirs a little and replies, 'One minute more'. We are currently in the garage of the apartment.
"Ok, Knox, you can sleep here. I am going to James's house in 10 minutes, so bye," I said, opening the door.
I was pulled back inside the car by now awake Knox. I sighed in relief.
"For God's sake, it was a 15 minutes drive, Knox!! and I have been waking you up for the past 10 minutes," I grumbled.
I got out of the car and took Wiskey in my hand. I walked to the doorstep and opened the door. I put Wiskey down and went to get my luggage, which was being carried by Knox.
"At last, you're doing something useful," I said, picking up Wiskey.
"You're as lazy as me" he replied as he placed the luggage in the living room.
"Fair point, but I am lazier than you," I laughed.
"Ok, fine, you go to sleep. I will arrange your closet. Your room is the second room from upstairs, and everything is arranged. We need to put our stuff away. I will let you sleep, but you're making lunch and dinner," I said, climbing on the kitchen counter.
As I said these a huge smile made its way on his face.
"And go to my room, lay Wiskey on my Bed, it's the first room upstairs," I said to him, handing him Wiskey.
"Okie!!" He exclaimed.
He made his way upstairs, taking Wiskey along with him. I removed the scarf. I took the luggage and went upstairs to my room, where I found Wiskey sleeping, so I started unpacking.
