As the jet descended Country Y, Jared felt relieved that he was getting closer to meeting Penelope.
The thoughts of her had consumed him so much that he had been distracted all through the flight.
He wondered if she was okay?
If she had regained consciousness?
Melissa efforts to distract him didn't help at all.
It only made him more nervous seeing her that she was worried despite her trying to cheer him up.
He quickly turned on his phone after the jet landed and dialed Richard's number.
" I just got into the country, how is she?", He asked nervously.
" She is awake", came the response.
" I will be there soon", he assured him as he ended the call.
" How is she doing?", Melissa asked him immediately he ended the call.
" I don't know but she is awake ", he told her as he walk out of the jet.
" She is going to be fine ,big bro", Melissa assured him seeing the anxiety in his face.
