" Shit, shit, shit!!" Xavier started pacing and cussing back a forth in my living room.
" I'm gonna lose my job, and everything now!"
I stopped him and made him turn to look at me. "Xavier stop! your not going to lose anything. Angie is my best friend shes not going to say anything." I told him. he looked at me worried " Are you sure? What if she does say something? I cant lose my job or you."
"Xavier I promise she is not going to say a word I already told her shortly after christmas break." "Bella how can you say that did you not see the way she looked just now" " Yes Honey I did see the way she looked and on her way out she told me I owe her but when we get back I have to spill everything. I trust her with my life she won't say a word. Do you trust me?" " Yes Bella I trust you" " Good now lets get some dinner and get to bed we have an early flight in the morning." I grabbed my purse and we headed out the door.
I climbed into the passenger side of his car and we drove to McDonalds. We went through the drive through just because I wanted to get back home I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with no onions and no mustard ewww i hated that and a large fry and Large sweet tea. He ordered the same. We drove back to the house and there was a strange car sitting in my driveway. I didn't know who it belonged to I turned towards Xavier and I seen he had turned ghostly white. "Xavier honey are you alright?" I asked him " I cant believe shes here what's she doing at your house?" Who is it Xavier?" I asked him. Xavier didn't respond, and he drove right past my house.
"XAVIER!!! Where are we going you just drove past my house!" I yelled at him. That seemed to take him out of the trance he had been in. " I am sorry babe we are going back to my place" " But Xavier my bags are at home" " We'll get up early and stop by the house and pick them before we head to the airport." That was all he said on the drive to his place.
We finally arrive at his place and he takes out his house key and unlocks the door. I stop at the threshold of the door. Xavier turns around and looks at me. "well come on in babe" I cross my arms and say "No I am not stepping one foot in this door til you tell me who the fuck was in my driveway!" He sighs and runs his hands through his hair. " You remember the woman who was in my room yesterday when you came by?" " Victoria your ex yes I remember what about her?" I gasped answering my own question. " That was her in my driveway? But how does she kno where I love?? Xavier what was she doing in my driveway??" " Babe come in and sit down and I'll tell you everything"
I sat down on the couch and looked at Xavier as he sat down beside me. "Bella what I am about to tell you I have never told anyone since the incident." he said to me. he looked me in the eyes and sighed facing himself back towards the floor he began.
"It was 4 yrs ago I waa still in college I was dating Victoria. I had been with her since High School. I had proposed to her and on that same day she told me she was pregnant. we were suppose to get married that June but she had a miscarriage and she went into a depression. It took a year to get her back to her normal self only she wasn't. So 4 years ago I broke up with her we had just fallen too distant with each other. Even though I told her we were over she continued to try to have the relationship and she stalked me for 2 years. It finally got to the point it was too much and I had her arrested for stalking. She was put in jail and sentenced to 5 years with a option for parole. Which she obviously ended up getting. Now it looks like she stalking me again the only way she could've even know that was your house is if she had followed me. She may infact be stalking me again and it scares me because I'm afraid she might hurt you."
" Xavier we need to tell the police or something!" I say he came closer and hugged me to him. " Babe there is nothing they can do without proof. Besides we are leaving tomorrow for vacation and hopefully by the time we get back she'll hopefully be gone." I just looked up at him and said "Okay, now lets eat I am starving" that made him laugh " ok lets eat then go to bed its late and we still need to get up early to go get your things." " Your right lets hurry up and eat and get ready for bed I wanna cuddle" again he laughed.
We finished our meal and went and brushed our teeth. i went into Xavier's room and pulled out a pair of his boxers and one of his tank tops and put them on and climbed into bed waiting for Xavier to finish up. Finally he came into the bedroom and he was in nothing but his boxers his beautiful 6 pack abs showing. I smiled looking at him. His eyes met with mine and he smiled and said " Babe keep looking at me like that and I'm not gonna be able to let you sleep tonight." I smiled wider and started to giggles as he started to walk over to the bed. I quickly hid under the covers as if to shield myself still giggling. He pulled up his side of the bed covers and slide himself in. and he grabbed me pulled me from under the covers and pulled me close laying my head on his chest and his arm around within moments I began to drift and just before I completely fall asleep I hear him say "Annabella I love you and I cant wait for the day I marry you" and with that I was out and with a huge smile on my face.
