Chapter 9 - Chapter 9 - Psychological Warfare

Third-person POV

Now, by 11 p.m. Tokyo time (and 10 p.m. Manila time), the command centers of the intelligence agencies of the three superpowers were full of anger and feelings of being ignored by the 7 MPC capital cities and their leaders. In Langley, one CIA smashed his telephone against the wall in anger. "The Filipinos and Greeks ignored us like we are worthless! They're ruining our global progress!"

But then, by 11:03 p.m. Tokyo time, the speakers of the CIA, SVR, and MSS were filled with music, music that is multilingual and unable to be turned off. The volume was regulated, but the diversity of it had no order or pattern; they are randomized. The music was a mix of clips or full songs in Filipino, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Greek, Portuguese, and Indonesian, plus ones in smaller languages like Sicilian, Balinese, Cebuano, Waray-Waray, Catalan, Venetian, Basque, Turkish Armenian, etc.

The music alone drove their minds to near insanity.

In the SVR, some people were feeling insanity because of the music. Across all 3 agencies of the Big Three, they were panicking, trying to mute it when they couldn't, and some plugged industrial earplugs or taking some paid leave but their phones were connected to their agencies' network, so the phones were left in boxes or basements.

The chaos they tried to sow on Japan was slapped back at them, complete with non-stop music in different languages, styles, and genres as the agents of the MPC intelligence agencies were downloading, snipping chorus and bridge parts, and mixing songs on the live feeds. They had rotations regardless of time zones with food and drinks on hand for this fun, karmic entertainment as the JSDF, the Special Region, and the assigned MPC agents in Ichigaya are finally getting their needed sleep for the night.
