Galaxy Pan-human Alliance.
This alliance is made up of three different human branches. One is the Earth Era branch that was once located at Gliese 581; another is the human branch located at Captain Star; and the third is a fleet that brought back a large amount of technology from the Huantai Civilization Trading Market.
Due to the prolonged separation among the three parties, they have formed their own identities, making political integration exceptionally difficult. Each faction is a third-level civilization, with comparable military power, and believes that its own civilization is the finest, capable of leading the entire alliance forward, a belief shared both among the populace and at the top levels.
In this situation, the three forces are unwilling to relinquish their political power, and each retains its own political rights.
