The concerns of this Deputy Captain are not without reason. The pursuit of power is a compound thought process; as long as there is a core goal, this direction will be produced. It is impossible to completely erase this thought through technical means. If erased, it would mean that part of the core concept is abandoned, and the entire NT new human plan would be declared bankrupt.
The Deputy Captain continued, "Traditional human groups, especially those with more stubborn thoughts, may feel that the current life is good. They would be unwilling to share power with NT new humans, as this would affect their security."
