The normal half-sphere people on the other side could only pinch their noses and accept the situation. The others weren't reproducing through normal means anymore, they were entirely clones, so what more was there to say? They couldn't really meddle excessively.
In the normal community, aside from smearing the "Bionic group inventing a perverted practice" in the media, they had no motivation to go to war. There wasn't a particularly large gap in strength between the two sides, and war, after all, would lead to deaths. As long as the Bionic half-sphere people didn't forcefully transform normal people, they wouldn't interfere too much.
However, this approach still had many, many unresolved issues.
First and foremost, although war hadn't broken out immediately, the rift between the two was deepening rapidly. The gradual estrangement between them meant that ideological conflicts were growing larger.
