Zhang Hong opened his mouth, but before he could speak, a couple of the boys nearby made a few grunting sounds, evidently showing signs of waking up.
The other three companions slowly opened their eyes as well, staring blankly at the ceiling, and almost in unison said, "We're not dead?"
At the moment the snowstorm suddenly hit, they had already braced themselves for death.
Yet, they weren't dead?
And now they found themselves in a warm hospital ward?
The counselor hurriedly went to call for a doctor. The doctor did a quick examination and laughed, "You all have strong lives, nothing serious. If you feel like eating, start with some porridge."
Holding the steaming hot porridge, the few boys, just over twenty, almost cried with relief at still being alive.
After a few sips of porridge, they felt much better. One of the more lively boys suddenly said mysteriously, "Do you know who I saw in my hallucination when I fainted?"
Everyone turned to look at him.
