"Boss, let's go. We have left the community for a long time, I am sure everyone must be expecting us back," Charlie said when he saw the reluctant look on Stephanie's face.
"You are right about that. The night will surely catch up on us if we don't hurry," Jennifer said as she turned to face Stephanie. She stares at the luggage in her hand. She could not help but wondered what precious things she stuffed in the bag that was making her hold the bag so firmly.
"Stephanie, leave your luggage to Charlie and Joe...,"
"Why should I do that?" Stephanie interrupted her abruptly.
"If you can use your vampire's speed then I will let you do what pleases you but if you can't you have no choice but to let them help you with your luggage," Jennifer said sternly.
"I don't have an idea about what this strange speed thing is not to mention how to wield that kind of power so why the heck is she asking me to use it?" Stephanie said in low tones but enough for Jennifer to hear.
