Rean and Roan didn't make any movement for the moment. They weren't very happy with the situation, but they understood that Xian likely passed through this many times already.
A few hours later, Rean noticed a reaction coming from Xian, and the shadow kid finally woke up again. "Hey there! Nice work earlier. Have you got what you needed?"
Xian was taken aback for a moment. "So you weren't a dream..."
Rean laughed in response, refusing to show on his face any of the sadness and anger he felt while Xian was unconscious. "Hahaha! Of course not! Look at me, I'm way too amazing for a simple dream." He then pointed at Roan. "Besides, any dream where that guy appears is more like a nightmare."
*Pah!*
*Arghh!*
This time, it was Roan who slapped the back of Rean's head... and he truly made sure it hurt a lot. "At least I would be reliable in that dream, different from a certain someone."
Xian couldn't hold it, laughing at that interaction. "Hahaha! Seniors are funny."
