This time around, the one to return to the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm was actually Rean. Since it was now possible to come out of the Dimensional Realm by Kentucky's side, Kentucky could take the job on his own.
The closest city was Puuston, although you couldn't really call it a city, but more of a gathering hub for Demon Beasts. Compared to normal cities in the humanoid races' side, this hub didn't have a hundredth of the buildings you would find in the smallest humanoid cities.
Nonetheless, it still had some basic things, like the teleport formations, which were controlled by the Formations Guild. The Formations guild here was pretty much the same as the others all over the Universe. They kept a neutral stance and didn't join any sides in the war.
