Peak Head Mountain Roar tapped Little Bull's shoulder. "Right now, your body possesses enough vitality to surpass several cultivation stages."
High Elder Shatter Peak grinned. "I knew it."
Peak Head Mountain Roar continued. "But your vitality is scattered."
Little Bull frowned. "Scattered?"
"Uneven." Peak Head Mountain Roar clarified. "Some parts of your body contain more vitality. Others contain less. The vitality flows according to your body's natural needs."
Little Bull slowly nodded. "So I have to stop it?"
"No." Peak Head Mountain Roar replied. "Never stop vitality from flowing."
Little Bull nodded again.
"What you need to do is saturate your body."
