A roar erupted across the hall, both from the one in human form and those in draconic shape. The sound shook the cavern, sending tiny shards of frost falling like glittering snow.

They were noble creatures, bound by ancient oaths and fierce loyalty.
Once they declared vengeance, nothing could sway them.
When the echoing roars died down, Lin Mu finally spoke, his voice calm but firm.
"That time will come. But before that, there is something I must share. I now know more about the Ephemera Sect and their plans." He stated.
The Elder Ice Drake turned to him sharply. "You do?"
Lin Mu nodded. "From the last enemy I faced, I managed to extract quite a bit of information. Their schemes are deeper than we thought. They are not acting without a certain goal."
Daoist Chu's eyes narrowed. "Then it is as we feared."
Lin Mu did not explain exactly how he had obtained the information.
