Because the city does nothing against them and they turn a blind exe to this matter, we cannot do anything. And that organization already killed a lot of people that tried to do something against them. They have no mercy, if they knew that you snitched, then you will die. This is so simple that it scares everyone that founds out."
"How can this be possible, are there so many orphans?" Asked Noah with an unbelievable face.
"The reason is simple, if they like a child they would make him an orphan. It is that easy, they go nights to a house, they kill the parents and older siblings or adults in the house and take them away. The next day, the city declares that there was a thief at home and that he was discovered and because of that he killed the whole family or that the husband killed because of rage the whole family and then himself.
