Noah had no idea about how to begin with his new mission. It was normal that he did not know what to do, because nobody was born with instructions about how to help the orphans.
He knew that helping the orphans was something good and he like the mission, but the problem was that he has no clue about it. After a lot of thinking, he decided to go and search for information.
And of course, the best place to collect information was in a bar. In the bars the people would talk about everything and people from all sectors gathered together. Therefor it was a strategical point to search for information when you need it.
Noah went to the most popular bar in the city called the Wine Paradise. Everyone loved this bar, it did not matter from where you came or what you do for living, there was for everyone a place.
Noah entered the bar and was shocked by the strong smell of wine in the place. The bar was full, and everyone was drinking. Noah ignored all those people and went directly to the bartender.
"What do you want to drink?" Asked the bartender as soon as Noah sat in the bar.
"Give me the drink with the lowest alcohol volume." Noah was not a drinker and he did not want to be one. But if he were in such a place, he could not ask for juice, so he asked for the drink with the lowest alcohol percentage.
Noah did not know what drink he would get, but he was not interested in it.
The bartender with fluid moves began to shake a few drinks and ingredients together and in an instant a pink drink was served to him.
"This is our special drink for not drinker, it is called Sakura. Enjoy it." Introduced the bartender and then he continued with his work.
Noah was curious about the drink and took a sip. It did not taste bitter as he expected, it tasted sweet and had a cheery flavor. Noah like it, and he liked it more as he found out that it did not contain alcohol at all.
"Excuse me, I have a question." Said Noah after drinking a second sip to the bartender.
"Yes, what is?���
"Do you have information about orphans in this city?" Asked Noah, he knew that he sounded like a criminal. Because nobody would ask for the orphans if he did not have intentions towards them.
"We have a clear policy here about giving information, if you need anything you should go to the 3rd floor. There are the people in charge of selling information." Said the bartender naturally.
Working as a bartender, he had to hear this requests every day. But fortunately, the boss knew how to organize it and he only had to tell them where to go instead of telling the information by himself.
As the biggest and most popular bar in the city, that was located near the border with two empires, there were a lot of people coming and going every day. And this place was like a gathering place for all of them. So, after the bar was founded, the workers made a lot of profit by selling the information they gathered while working. The boss of the bar noticed it and he thought about centralizing the information in one place and selling them. Of course, the workers would get paid for gathering the information.
Noah then went to the third floor, and he saw that contrary to the first and second floor where the people were drinking, singing, and dancing. The third floor had two guards in the entrance, and it was very dark in the inside.
"What do you want here?" Asked a guard to Noah as soon as he saw him.
"I am searching for information." Replied Noah directly.
"Do you have any weapons with you?" Asked the guard again.
Noah denied with his head.
Then the guards gave him a little piece of wood and let them enter the third floor. As said the floor was very dark and only a few candles were giving light. Noah did not feel nervous, because his cultivation real gave him the luxury of walking without worries. Then 4th Star cultivators were so rare, that they were more precious than the best jewels of the world. Then jewels could be bought, but 4th star cultivators not.
After entering, Noah looked the piece of wood in his hand and a number was written there. It was the number 5.
Noah then saw a few rooms and they were all marked with numbers. Noah then saw the room number five and knew that he should go there. After entering the room, he saw how the light turned red and a man with a mask entered the room after him.
"Hello dear customer, how can I help you?" Said the masked man. His voice was very ethereal and could not be counted as a man or woman voice.
"I am here for information. Can you help me?" Asked Noah.
"If we have the information, we will sell it to you." Replied the masked man.
Noah was very curious about the person in front of him, he replied so quickly, and he did not give any traces of characters, that it was scary.
"Tell me about the situation of orphans in the city." Said Noah.
Suddenly the masked man shook for an instant. It seems like he did not expect this question.
"Why are you asking about them?" Asked the masked man back.
"I thought I am the one giving a question, not you." Replied Noah. He did not know why the masked man reacted like this.
"Sorry, we cannot help you. Please leave right now." Said the masked man and left the room quickly.
Noah was now more curious, he knew that this man knew something, but he did not want to tell him.
