Noah and the Ice Cheetah continued looking each other and then the Cheetah suddenly formed an ice ball and sent it to Noah.
The ice ball was super-fast, and it was like a bullet, but in big size. At the same time the cheetah began to run forward in direction of Noah.
Of course, Noah had to dodge the ice ball, but at the same time he saw how the cheetah was running to him. This was the first time he saw a beast using tricks while attacking. Usually the beasts were directly, but this one was smart and attacked twice in one.
Noah rapidly formed a fire ball and sent it to the ice ball, while he took his sword out and attacked in the front the cheetah.
"I thought you were like the others, but you are a smart one. I like you, unfortunately I have to kill you today."
The ice ball and fire ball meet in the air and a steam explosion happened in the air and suddenly Noah and the cheetah could not see anything.
Then even if both spells were only Low basic Spells, both were formed by strong ones. Then the power of the spell decreased or increased based on the one who form it.
Noah reacted rapidly and fused mana with his eyes and was able to see again. This was the advantage of the knights, they cold fuse Mana with a part of the body and the function of that body part will increase hugely.
The cheetah was confused with the steam in the air and he stopped his attack, but Noah could see normally or even better, so he continued with his attack and stabbed the cheetah in his forehead.
The Cheetah died without knowing how, it felt only something penetrating its forehead and in the next moment it was dead.
Noah waited till the steam was gone and then he saw the corpse of the cheetah in front of him and said: "You were worthy to fight with me. I had since a long-time nit fight like this. Even if it was very fast, I know now that you are smart beasts."
Noah saw the corpse for a moment and then he left the scene, but only a few moments later, he saw in a hole in a tree something small moving.
He approached the tree and saw in the hole. He saw a small cat in the hole, a small black and white cat.
The cat also saw him and tried to hide, but Noah took it out and put it on his arms.
The cat was very cute, and it looked very similar to the cheetah he killed a few moments ago. The cat looked full with fear, but Noah was good with little animals and could calm the cat very fast.
But this cheetah was not only a cheetah, it was a mix. He guessed that it was a mix between an ice cheetah and a black panther. It had the characteristics of both beasts, so both beasts mixed gave birth to this incredibly beautiful little cat.
"I took your mom away, so I will take care of you. I am sorry, but I need to get stronger and therefor I needed to kill your mother. But do not worry, I will take good care of you." Noah always wanted a pet, but his grandparents forbid him having pets, so he decided now to adopt this cat.
The little cat in his arms looked at him and nodded, then he jumped to his neck and stood there.
Noah smiled and then he continued walking deeper in the forest. He was now very close to the place with the Mana Stones and was excited.
On his way he checked how much experience he got from the cheetah to see how much he needed more to level up to the 4th Star knight and magician.

"I only got 10.000 EXP for a 3rd rank bronze star beast. It is somehow very little. I need to kill more than 30 more beasts to level up in the next Star. I hope here are sufficient beasts." Noah sighed and hoped with all his will to find enough beasts to kill and get EXP, but something told him that his wish will not go in fulfillment.
After seeing this, he looked at the map and the map signalized the destination in less than one-hour walking. He happily put the map in his back again and took the cat in his arms and then began to run as fast as he could.

He looked around him and put the cat in a hole in a tree again and hided him with a few leaves. The cat looked at him sadly, but Noah ignored the eyes of the cat and turned to the beasts.
These beasts were all 3rd rank bronze stars beasts. The ones he was searching. But unfortunately, there were only 14 and no more. And they looked friendly with each other's. There was also a Black panther, Noah guessed that this one was maybe the father of his new pet. Noah did not want to give back the cat and needed EXP, so he would not show mercy with this Black Panther and no one other.
