The next morning felt lighter than the last. With the spar still days away, the academy carried on with its usual buzz of activity, and Aranea's group, now somehow bigger than ever, began the task of fitting the twins into their daily rhythm.
"Alright," Elenea clapped her hands together after breakfast. "Today we divide and conquer. Aerin, you're with us." She nodded to herself and to Aranea. "Auron, you go with the boys."
"Why do I get the loud half?" Auron asked, deadpan, already dragging his feet.
"Because I said so," Elenea replied sweetly, grabbing Aerin by the arm before the boy could argue.
Aerin, on the other hand, waved excitedly. "See you later, brother! Don't cause trouble~!"
Zann grumbled as Auron fell into step beside him. "Why do I feel like he's the one who'll end up babysitting us?"
Beau grinned. "Because you're a handful, flame boy."
