The next day, Vox woke up and went outside on the deck of the ship. He had been thinking of who to make alive. And ultimately came up with 5 and he would use ome of the Unique card on the 6th.
The first one is naturally going to be Psy, not only because of her importance to his brother/adopted son/friend, however you may look at it, fact stands that they are his family and giving his family happiness is something that Vox does not mind at all.
Not to mention that Psy herself was an innate healer and a fighter, after being broken from the systems control and the cards influence, she would use her abilities way more freely. This will allow her to grow strong.
Next one was Performance of Blade, Aka, Forma, she was always an excellent swordswoman and Vox believed that if she was not limited by being a card, she would stood next to Mihawk in terms of swordsmanship. Giving her access to Haki as well makes her so much stronger with good training.
Then there was Curran, this was a wish of Wendy mostly, but Vox was very attached to this sadistic loli, when you spend almost a dozen years with someone, it is natural you get attached to them, even if they get a whipping from time to time for being unruly.
The 4th and 5th one was Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl. Both of which are masters of magic and Dark Magician being a teacher at it, Obviously, Vox is aware that the original inhabitants of this world can probably not learn magic, or maybe need to train very hard to do so. But what about generations in the future? where his cards that became human can then learn it, and their descendants? Naturally it is a long process and the chance of it are small, but Vox wanted to get on the future a bit. Changing the power balance and having control over said power would definitely give him much control in the future.
Vox then went and made them alive, in a way. This also meant that his cards, maybe except for Exodia, can't influence them anymore if they were to die.
Happy to see the cards, well, used to be cards, now happily chatting, Vox decided to leave them to their devices. The most exciting thing that happened is that Psy looked less of a cyborg and more of a human. Although she still had her cyborg parts, it was not that bad.
Once again going out to sea, flying this time as he had some control over his new devil fruit, Vox zapped to the clouds at speeds so fast that he was not even registered moving to the naked eye, only a very slight blur of darkness.
After sitting on the clouds Vox first took out 5 cards and summoned them all, not before long Exodia came out again with his limbs still attached to chains.
"You again. State your wish, I am a busy guy." Exodia said a bit annoyed at not having his rest.
"Yea yea, this won't be the last time we see each other." Vox said with a dismissive hand gesture, making Exodia even more annoyed.
"You have 1 minute." Exodia said grumbling.
"Hm, I wish for.....foooooooooooooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrr.." Vox said while intentionally lengthening the word. It has been a very stressful day and he needed relax a bit, what better way than to annoy a magical wishmaker, not like anything will go wrong, right?
"HURRY UP." Exodia's voice thundered in the clouds, making Vox put his hands on his ears to protect them.
"Fine, fine.... jeez..I wish for the shar-" immediately cutting him, Exodia did not even bother hearing the rest.
"Don't even say it, no fucking way am I giving that overwished ability to you." He said with contempt, he could in theory give it to him, but it would be a very shitty version that just increases perception about 10% or something. But he was not gonna say that. Why would he? The wish did not state a toned down version, not like he would let him wish for it anyway. 'Stupid human.'
"I was just kidding...why you so on edge anyway...Then just give me 1 trillion SP."
"No."
"What do you mean No?"
"I can't do it, now hurry dude. I am a busy wish maker and destroyer as part time."
"How about making all training for the next 2 years be 100 times more effective for me and my people?" Vox said after thinking. If he could strengthen everyone equal to 200 years of training, that would be epic.
"Hmm....what kind of training?"
"All kinds of training."
"Not possible..
"Then just body training, all results will be 100 times more effective." Vox relented, training his body is bound to give him a lot of benefits, as the upper limit has long been taken off. Vox and any other people in the OP universe could in theory grow infinitely in body strength. But the stronger the get, the harder it becomes to go up. And their limited lifespan ultimately catches up to them.
This is also the reason why the OP OP devil Fruit is so much wanted and why the marines will do everything to get the Age Age Fruit. Unlike to OP OP fruit, the other can be used as much as possible by the user for pretty much infinity, as long they have enough energy to power the fruit.
"20 times at most and for a maximum of 30 people, any more and the wish will fail." Exodia said after a bit of thinking.
"Jeez, such a turn off. Well, that is fine as well. do that."
"Oke, your wish is granted now. I hope to not see you again."
Vox then watched as Exodia was pulled back in and grinned as 5 more cards came into his hands. The cards turned to golden light and once again took place at 5 different points creating a magic circle and Exodia once again came out again. The moment his eyes saw the smug smirk on Vox's face his face grumbled and he became very annoyed.
"One minute, Speak." Not even bothering to keep up the act, he just went straight to the point.
"Hey buddy, long time jo see. How have you been?" Vox asked as he grinned st Exodia.
"40 seconds." Exodia did not replay and Vox did not want to try his luck as Exodia might really leave, he only has enough cards for 3 wishes.
"I wish for a time chamber-"
"NO!"
"How about the Uzuma-"
"N.O."
"You are pretty useless for a wish maker, even shenron is better.."
"20 seconds"
"Fine, I wish for my lightning blade to be part of my devil fruit and ably to materialize instead." Vox then said, he already saw how his blade could not really keep up with his new devil fruit. And it was bound to become worse after usage and eventually melt. Although it seems like a waste of a wish, a good weapon makes 50% of the fighter. All that BS about fighting a sword with a stick and winning is just that, BS.
If both fighters were equal in strength, or the difference was not that big, the weapons decide the battle.
"Done." Not even bothering to say goodbye, Exodia left.
'Now I can still use my sword and it is upgraded to grow with my devil fruit. Best part is, it stays as a card... So at some point it might be the most OP equip spell card. Vox smiled as he took a look at the new description of the card.
Raigeki Blade

If equipped to a card, the equipped monster gains the following effects.
+1000 ATK
Can ignore non-living defense.
Heal the card for 10% of the damage dealt.
'Holy shit... fuck later, it already is broken...' Vox thought with wide eyes. He left the last Exodia wish for emergencies. You never know.
The next thing on his plate is naturally to go to Amazon Lily, his deal with Rayleigh was that Rayleigh will train him and his people in Haki, He already learned how to train according to the people here from Dragon, but the truth is, just like there are different ways to train your body, there are different methods to train your Haki.
Right now, Vox does the old Condensation of Haki, for Armament Haki that is. Vox is aware that the true secrets is not revealed to him. No matter how stupid Dragon is, he won't just hand a training manual to an unknown person he just met.
Rayleigh is different however, Rayleigh has seen the true state of the world, and seeing as he is not making a move, it means that he is not capable doing it. Even if Whitebeard, Shanks and the others all joined in. So it is in his best interest to train Vox and his grow as much as he can. Especially after pretty much declaring war against the WG in the war. Which was naturally one of the keys to getting Rayleighs teachings.
Going back on the ship, Vox decided to rest in his room until he arrived there. After walking inside he took of his clothes and changed to his sleepwear, which is just a thin shirt and a knee length short that is a bit baggy, but very comfortable to sleep in.
Not bothering to do anything he just jumped on his bed.
"Ouch!" A womans voice sounded from underneath the covers. Vox pulled the covers just to see a winged beauty in her night gown rubbing her nose.
"Reniares..."
"Master..why did you wake me up so rudely.." Reniares said as she pouted a bit.
"Why are you in my room, not that I mind, but why?"
"Can I sleep with you, master?" She had a pleased look on her face which made Vox unconsciously smile.
"Ofcourse you can, just ask next time first before going into my bed. I could have roasted you into friend bird if I did not recognize your voice."
'He recognized my voice! Forma is definitely the best!' Reniares beamed hearing that, ignoring the friend bird part.
Shaking his head, Vox looked at the small bed. It is too small to fit both of them, he had no couch as it was only a temporary room. There were also no spair mattresses or covers for him.
'Sigh.. whatever.' Sighning, Vox went on the bed and hugged Reniares, who was now blushing like a doorknob that was just taking out of lava.
Before long he fell to dreamland, it has been a long say after all.
Reniares looked at him and lost out a smile, her blush fading rapidly.
"You do too much alone, Vox.. they have grown already, let them help you." She said softly in his ear, It was clear to all why Vox told them who to fight and who not to. If not for Queens ability, it was fairly obvious that Vox would not allow them to fight at all.
"Sometimes, a spectator sees the field better. Next time, I will stand by your side and not behind you." She said with determination as her wings relaxed, turning soft and slowly embraced the two of them.
