As the Blood Plague Monarch spoke, its enormous body underwent changes, fleshy tendrils curled up and caramelized, the evil facial features became fragmented, and numerous scars transformed into an image, soon turning into a shriveled, rotten blood sphere monster about to collapse.
It was showing a scene from long ago, clearly it had participated in the "Light Blood Road War," once part of the dark monsters besieging the Mother of Light, perhaps even survived a cleaving blow from the Mother of Light's Holy Sword by luck.
The dark monsters gathered here showed similar reactions.
