The residents of Wilson City at the foot of the mountain, during the brief gaps of rain, still followed their habit, occasionally glancing at the top of the towering mountain peak, at that majestic ancient structure reaching for the heavens on the giant rock.

For some Federation residents who don't study well, it's an extra-credit question: the Divine Eagle Federation's President's Mansion is not in Eagle's Nest City, but on Holy Wilson Mountain, atop the Eagle Nest Rock.
This is a three-story, sprawling building modeled after the style of ancient civilizations from the Old Continent, with its main structure made of large blocks of gray-black rocks, engraved with numerous runes representing the Federation, and bearing scorching and damaged marks everywhere.
