"Mercy!" The demigods that hounded Eldritch stated as their bodies are suspended in mid-air bound by grotesque creatures made of flesh and shells.
Eldritch did not hear what the demigods want to say as he destroyed their physical bodies. The souls of the demigods separated from the body but they were not able to escape. The Gate of Tartarus acted like a large mouth that swallowed up all of the souls that floated inside of the barrier created by Eldritch.
The death of the demigods made all the people lose even more hope while some tried ways to escape from the city. More and more wyvern guards flew towards Eldritch in an attempt to stop him but all of them fell before touching the hem of his robe. The entire city became covered in utter despair but Eldritch did not slaughter all of the citizens instantly.
