When they looked in another well that the thieves had found arrows fallen near that one, the thief that Hector also managed to find 4 arrows in that well, so they found 3 arrows in one well and 4 arrows in another well.
"You were really right, Adrien, we found 7 arrows inside those 2 wells and a few more arrows that fell near those wells, it is impossible that this is a coincidence, who knows, these arrows could even be poisoned."
"I also think that these arrows could be poisoned, but as there was a lot of water in these wells we are slowly being poisoned and that is why it took so long until we were all 'sick'."

The thief who had entered the 2 other wells, also entered the other 2 wells, that thief found 4 arrows in one of the wells and found 5 arrows in the other well, seeing this the other thieves were desperate.
If they had not heard Adrien they would have drunk water in the 2 wells that were most poisoned, they could never have imagined that the enemies were so smart and so cruel to poison the 4 wells in their base that they had women and children.
The thief who entered the 4 wells did not notice anything, but the leaders of the thief groups knew that this thief would be even more poisoned after entering these 4 wells, he would probably die more quickly.

Adrien also wanted to solve this problem and so he said the only solution and also the problems that this solution would bring to them, Hector agreed with everything Adrien said and started to think about how they would do it.
If it were in the past he would not have worried about it because if the enemies are using tricks to try to kill them, it meant that the enemies had fewer warriors than they did, so they had the advantage in numbers.
Furthermore, he did not believe that the enemies were from any royal family or from any noble family because if they were, he would know something about the noble family with which he had an agreement.
If they had knights on the enemy's side they would never tarnish their honor by poisoning their base, so Hector would normally have confidence in fighting any enemy because he had the same strength as a knight.
But after those weeks of drinking poison, he was no longer as strong as he was before, the other thieves were also weakened and so a fight would be very difficult for them, but as Adrien said, it was necessary for them to get more clean water for people who lived at their base.

With Hector's animated speech everyone got more excited, then Hector told everyone inside the base what was going on and what they needed to do, he gave his speech again and all the thieves agreed to participate in the next fight that could be the last.
After that Hector ordered them to close 3 of the wells and everyone could drink only from the well where only 3 arrows were found, so they thought this was the well that had the least poison and people had to put up with it.
The other day one of the soldiers Jack sent up the tree to see how the thieves' base was doing and was surprised to realize that everyone was preparing to fight, so he quickly returned to the camp they were in and told Jack what he saw.
Jack was sitting relaxing with his friends before they went out hunting and was surprised when he heard about the information the soldier he sent brought him before Jack went to the thieves' base every day to observe in person.
But after deciding that they would wait a few more weeks and not tell the thieves the truth Jack didn't want to go to the thieves' base anymore, so he was surprised to hear that the thieves seemed to be prepared to leave their base and were ready to fight.
Jack ordered the soldiers to be prepared for the fight, it had been a few days since Jack thought to tell the thieves about the poisoned water, so the thieves must have been even weaker than before.
It would still be a difficult fight, but it was much easier than Jack expected if they fought a week earlier, the other soldiers knew it too and they would fight hard because this fight was what Jack wanted and gave it up because of them.
As the soldiers prepared, Jack returned to the tree near the thieves' base to try to find out what was going on, Jack calmed down and soon realized that 3 wells were now sealed and not just closed as before.
In addition, one of the wells was open and protected by some thieves, so Jake naturally realized that they had poisoned the wells and that that well that was opened was the least poisoned well.
Realizing this, Jack could imagine that the thieves were going out to look for clean water and were prepared to fight Jack's group as soon as they left their base.
