After the wait staff and hotel manager left the room to give them privacy, Albert could not help but start throwing questions. When they met at the hospital, he forgot to ask about it since he was consumed with sadness after he learned that Nina was pregnant.
And when he had dinner at Li's villa two days ago, he avoided mentioning anything; otherwise, Donna herself would have learned the truth by accident.
Nina looked at Albert, then sighed with heaviness in her eyes, weighing the things she kept from anyone. Seeing her reaction proves that her condition isn't good.
"You know you can trust me."
Nina does not doubt that. Albert is always sincere toward her, and so she didn't hide anything. She explained the findings of her check-ups that surprised the latter.
