When Ye Zi finished tidying herself and came out of the bathroom, Qin Jin glanced at her with no particular reaction.
Ye Zi covertly observed his expression, unaware that there was something at her feet.
She just let out a gasp as she fell toward the ground.
Fortunately, Qin Jin, with quick reflexes, set down his glass of alcohol and swiftly got up, taking three steps in two to catch her by the waist and bring her into his arms.
Expecting to hit the floor, she instead found herself in a warm embrace.
Ye Zi, while exhaling a sigh of relief, stared blankly at that increasingly perfect handsome face in the sunlight.

Qin Jin held her in his arms, his rare gentle tone carrying a hint of reproach.
Before Ye Zi could speak, he withdrew the hand that was around her waist and instead took her hand, leading her outside.
Ye Zi followed his steps, asking, "Where are we going?"
Qin Jin, without turning his head, said: "To buy some things."
