The battle unfolded far from Mist God Star and the outpost, this was Sandora's final choice, and under the current circumstances, the best way to protect the main forces of the Empire from setbacks and lay a foundation for future development. Theoretically, nothing could be safer than this plan, but nobody knew how Sandora intended to realize this idea.
The Revenge Army was no fool, multiple engagements had proved this point, although it was still unclear whether their commander was still thinking with normal logic. However, their tactical ingenuity had shown that they were not the rigid autonomous spaceships from the Big Nebula, but a group of Imperial Soldiers with keen combat instincts. While it might be possible for Sandora to hide two bases right under their noses, getting them to recklessly attack a vast expanse of space scarcely garrisoned by Imperial forces seemed implausible.
