On the other end of the phone, it was Ji Ming's voice.
Tang Li immediately asked, "Where is Mr. Song?"
"The gentleman is still in a meeting." Ji Ming seemed concerned that Tang Li might be upset, and specifically explained, "It's a rather important internal meeting, and the gentleman did not bring his cellphone with him."
He answered the call also to prevent Tang Li from worrying.
Tang Li was not a troublesome person. Hearing what Ji Ming said, she only asked if she could come over now. She didn't need to enter; she would just leave after delivering something.
Ji Ming looked at his watch: "It's the highest-level decision-making meeting, which may take another three or four hours."
After ending the call, Ji Ming went to the situation room.
